I booked an international railway at SBB. CH and I want to get a refund. I purchased the ticket on the condition that I can get a refund if I cancel it 1 day before departure. By the way, I heard that refunds of international railways can only be made by calling your customer center directly, but I am asking your company for help because I have a difficult situation. I think I will have a hard time requesting a refund because it is difficult to talk to your counselor because I can’t speak English and German. Is there any way you can be considerate of me and help me with my refund in the form of an email??
