k23 Hi, I am having trouble navigating the SBB App. I bought the tourist Swiss Half Fare Card, but I do not know how to get the 50% discount when ordering the tickets on the app. What would you advise? Thanks!
RolandP Hello k23 When you buy tickets, there is a pencil above the ticket selection. Enter your name / surname, date of birth, and declare to be in the possession of the Half Fare Card. Kind regards, Roland
mandyxt Hi - following on the same topic, I’ve tried purchasing SBB ticket and already selected the half fare card option however at checkout, I’m still seeing the full amount charged instead of 50%. Am I doing this right?
