I have an annual ABO Baden-Basel SBB expiring on 15.11.2020. I want to cancel the ABO and get the refund. Would you be so kind to explain what are the term and conditions? I asked to the desk in Baden but the employee at the desk told me that the annual ABO has 3 free months and it cannot be refunded if the expiring date is less then 3 months ahead. I wanted to ask where it is written, but the employee was quite unkind so I decided to ask directly here.
