GZee I have been using easyride without much problem for a few months. I hold a demi-tarif card which is registered on my SBB account. Yet two days ago I made a roundtrip from Morges to Geneve, including a few trip with public transportation on TPG in Geneva. This morning I see that I was charged by easyride a huge 43 chf + for that trip, whereas usually a day round-trip to Geneva and local area runs around 23chf with my demi tarif. How can I contests this calculation and get reimbursed by this overcharge. Thank you very much
