Leisure Travelcard - covid19

Hello,

I bought the Leisure travelcard for 20 days and cannot use it due to Covid19. I wonder if the validity period will be extended.

Until now, the current regulations for the leisure travelcard apply. Therefore no extension is possible. You have the possibility to get it refunded. CHF 75.00 / CHF 127.00 will be deducted for each day used and the remaining amount will be paid out afterwards. In order to view your personal subscription, please contact our hotline by phone 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/per min) or e-mail ticketshop@sbb.ch.

Hi Veronique,

Thanks for your answer. This is not a good solution though, since I paid 33 francs per day, not 75. All of trips I took using the travelcard were worth less than 75 francs. The covid19 situation is the only reason I cannot use the rest of my days.
