I’m looking to purchase tickets for August 29th from Zermatt to Milan and noticed that the available options are 5-6 hour long. Tickets available before August 20th have options that are less than 5 hours (3-4). Should I wait to purchase my tickets? Will there be more options available for August 29th that are less than 5 hours?

An alternative route is Zermatt-Brig-Domodossola-Locarno-Chiasso-Milan. Not shorter, but very scenic.
