Cancel the trip due to coronavirus

Hello,

We planned to travel to Munich by train (lausanne to zurich) and by bus (zurich to munich). However, because of the outbreak of coronavirus, we unfortunately have to cancel the trip.

We have bought a few supersaver tickets on 4/10 and 4/12. Are we able to get refund for these tickets?

We are currently refunding tickets for travels until 30.4.2020 free of charge.

Did you purchase your tickets at the SBB railway counter? Please come to the desk.

Refunds for international e-tickets can be requested by calling the SBB Contact Center on: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).

For tickets purchased in an other country, please refer to the Rail Company of the country concerned.
