Ticekts refund (bought offline) due to Coronavirus

Good Morning,

Would it be possible to have a refund of two tickets bought at the SBB train station counter due to the Coronavrus?

I checked online but it seems like only tickets bought online or via the app have the refund option.

The tickets are from Zurich to Milano Centrale.

Trips until 15.03.20 can already be refunded. For trips after 16.03.20 the information will follow. Tickets purchased at the counter can only be refunded at the counter, as we need the original tickets for refund.
