Name on travel pass and passport is a little different

Hi,

I bought 15 days travel pass yesterday

I found that my name on ticket is “KUO LIWEI” and name on passport is “KUO, LI-WEI”

also, there’s no passport no. on ticket due to booking system didn’t require me to key in.

Is this ticket still valid?

The tickets have to be on the same name as your passport. To change it, I recommend you to contact our ticketshop support on the e-mail address ticketshop@sbb.ch or under the phone number 0041 848 44 66 88. My colleagues will explain you how to proceed.
