Good day!

I would like to ask a refund that was booked from Zürich Switzerland last July 22,2023. This ticket was booked that is going to Basel sbb to Paris gare Lyon..we just found out with the inspector that izziah sulit age was mistakenly entered as march 5,1917 when in fact that the child’s birthday is March 5,2017.attached is a copy from the ticket inspector,the ticket that was booked and the resident card from Italy

We are hoping for a refund and an immediate action for these matter

We cannot treat your refund through this platform. Provided your son’s ticket was bought from SBB, kindly see this website (grey box) for further advice: Refund of international tickets | SBB help & contact → What should I do if I want to exchange or refund tickets for my international journey?

A personal note: it is very insensitive and problematic to post private information such as a photo of your son’s ID card - it can be seen by the entire world and potentially be abused, as we are a public forum. You should strongly refrain from doing so in the future, regardless of the platform. I asked the Community Manager to take your data off the platform. You are welcome to send these documents again along with your refund request.
