We bought are pass for September. Where do I find the customer number? We are trying to reserve our seats

What passes are you talking about? Swiss Travel Passes, perhaps?

Swiss rail passes

Hello

The Swiss Travel Pass is your travel ticket, there is no need to reserve seats for Swiss trains, the only exception being PE - Panoramic trains.

With the Swiss Travel Pass you can simply walk on the trains, buses, boats, trams, no customer number is needed and you do not have such anyway.

IT is not on my receipt

really suck. really don’t understand why it is so complicated to buy a ticket in this rather small country.
