EasyRide stuck "Calculating"

I traveled yesterday 27.11.2019 departing from Zürich Hardbrücke via Zürich HB and Luzern to Wolfenschiessen between 21:49 and 23:27.

I used EasyRide ticket and was not able to check out off the ride upon completion.

I swiped left and the app started calculating the trip but it’s been stuck there until now (which is some 10 hours later).

To troubleshoot, I checked if location services are activated and working. Later I restarted the app. Today morning I restarted the phone.

My system info:

Phone: Huawei P10pro

OS: Android 7.0

App: SBB Mobile v9.10.0 (123)

Hi @rastitkac, what is the status of EasyRide after you restarted your phone. Still calculating or is it already calculated now. Sometime it helps when you switch to airplane mode for a while.
Otherwise you need to open the SBB mobile app got to Tickets and Travelcards / Expired / show EasyRide journeys and select the one you like to Report problem.
The Team will analyse it and will let you know later. Regards Paul
