I submitted a refund request on 5th July. When should I expect the refund to be paid?

You do not provide essential information such as the ticket type. Please note that certain tickets are not refundable, which may be the reason why you have not heard back after you have submitted your request.

Please contact the SBB Contact Center at +41 51 225 78 00 (waiting times may occur) to obtain the status of your refund request.

It was actually a half-price pass that I purchased with the wrong dates in error. I immediately realised the error and ordered a new pass with the correct date and applied for a refund of the original one. I received a reply to say that it would be processed but have heard nothing more since then.
