The SBB Mobile app us much better for my day to day personal travels but it lacks the business features I need. In particular:
Ticket purchases
When I purchase a business ticket using the SBB business site, the ticket appears in the Business App when I refresh my tickets. I cannot get those tickets to appear in the consumer mobile app which means I have to bring up the image on my browser or print the ticket.
Point to Point upgrades
This is simply a bad implementation on the SBB Mobile app. The option is completely buried. You have to find the journey, select a specific time, and then select the point to point upgrade, after which the time you selected us irrelevant.
On the SBB Business, you can quickly choose point to point upgrade, add the itinerary and buy the ticket quickly.
