Correction in year of birth on the Swiss Half Fare Card

Hi everyone,

I purchased 4 Swiss Half Fare Cards for a group of 4 (including me). For one of the travelers, I entered the year of birth as 1987 instead of 1988 by mistake. How can I get this corrected? I do not see any email id to contact SBB CFF FFS customer support, and I’m not in Switzerland yet (we plan to visit next month).

Kindly see an SBB Travel Center upon arrival, e.g. at Zurich Airport. The typo can be corrected there.
