Hello, I bought an interrail pass with you and they told me to contact you.I had some issues with Strikes in Portugal. My train got cancelled so I had to take a bus, but I couldn’t get a refund from the Portuguese train company. And I couldn’t use 3 days of travel because of those strikes (I used 4 out of 7) would it be possible to get a partial refund for those issues? Thank you
