My train was cancelled - refund ticket

Hi,

all the train from Geneva to Lausanne were cancelled due to a person accident, a guy from sbb just told me that there is no other way to go to Lausanne in the next hour and a half at least.

I had to cancel all my meetings in Lausanne unfortunately i coudln’t delay them.

Could i be refund? (i bought a ticket directly at the station) If yes, how?
