Is the GA Night card valid for the journey between Schaffhausen and Singen (Hohentwiel)

Is the GA Night card valid for the journey between Schaffhausen and Singen (Hohentwiel), i.e from Switzerland to the next station that the train stops at in one of its neighbouring countries? Or do I have to book a ticket between Schaffhausen and Singen?

On the GA Night website, in section Downloads, you can find its validity map: Night GA Travelcard – the young persons’ travelcard for night owls | SBB

The GA Night is only valid as far as Thayngen, or if you travel by bus to Singen (via Ramsen). By train, you need a ticket from Thayngen.
