I purchased six swiss passes through agent company.
however, I found that one of the ticket holder name is wrongly inputted, other information such as date of birth,country name and passport number is correct.
the name should be “ng kwong on” instead of “ng kwong”
additionally, there is only date of birth showed on eticket.
the passport number and country name is not showed on ticket.
I would like to ask is there any solution of this problem, thanks
