When you purchase your pass online, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your account. As @RolandP correctly mentioned, I recommend that you check SPAMS.
If you have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass with login, it will be displayed on the SBB Mobile app. Purchased tickets without login (as a guest), are not displayed on the SBB Mobile app. The control takes place by means of scanning the barcode presented (on the pdf).
The Swiss Travel Pass is valid as a ticket for 6 days. If you need to buy a ticket, for example for a mountain excursion, you can buy it at the ticket office or on the SBB Mobile app.
