Helenc I have been trying to buy my normal ticket for two days now from Aigle to Geneva airport this evening but constantly get message ‘ticket purchase failed please try again’. Is this an issue with the app or my account? Do I have to get to the office to buy my ticket for today?
NicolasK Hi Helenc Thank you for your request. A problem is not currently known. We had several requests yesterday and today. Each time, the credit card was expired. Can you please check your credit card? Regards NicolasK
Helenc NicolasK Thank you - that does seem to be the problem. The app had reverted to a version of my card that expired in April, although until last week it was using the correct current card. Thanks for your help.
