paid but didn't get ticket

I have just used my master card to purchase a single ticket from Lausanne to Berlin HBf, with total amount of CHF 81, and the payment was successful. However, the page showed “Time limit exceeded - journey no longer available.” What should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation by email, the payment did not work, it is only an authorization from the credit card center. You can try to buy your ticket again.
