hello all,

I have placed an order for a Swiss Pass but accidentally entered the wrong dates. I asked for a refund, but they requested to refund me less than what I initially paid due to currency exchange.

My 2 questions are:

1- How long does it take to receive a refund?

2- What can I do to refund the full amount that I have initially paid?

Go to a nearby SBB Center in a Station and tell them. Last time i got refunded everything just tell them you need it for a later date.

@lhalic73: This works only, provided the Swiss Travel Pass’ first date of validity is still in the future. There is no refund for Swiss Travel Passes whose validity is in the past as there is no proof of non-use.

@Halahillis1: Not to confuse other readers, your ticket is named Swiss Travel Pass, SwissPass is another product.
You may wish to call the SBB Contact Center to clarify: +41 51 225 78 00 (24/7, waiting times may occur, simply stay in line until your call is answered).

Yes, I wish to start my Swiss Travel Pass validity on the 28th of July; whilst purchasing it, I put 18th of July for 8 consecutive days

They have submitted my refund; however I did not receive my money back yet, and I am residing in the UAE. Do you happen to know how long it takes to receive the refund?
Also, when they submitted my refund, they gave me less than what I initially paid from my currency
