Half Price Card (1 Year) for foreigner

Hi,

I just want to confirm my understanding with the half fare card that is available for 185 CHF / 1 year.

I am currently based in the UK and I will be taking a lot of trips in Switzerland for 1 year. Am I still eligible to buy the half fare card for 185 CHF even though I am a foreigner?

If I am, I just need to take a passport photo (for the Swiss pass card), passport/ID and payment right?

You can purchase the Half Fare travelcard for 1 year at any SBB railway counter in Switzerland.

How can I get the real card via mail? Is it delivered to address in Milano?
