I just purchased a supersaver ticket from Bern to Brig by my mastercard
and I got the message about that order was confirmed.
But I didn’t get e-mail about order confirmation of my journey
and My SBB app says my ticket could not be loaded.
Please let me know how can i get my ticket properly.
If there were some errors during my purchasing steps, Please refund this.
