Last week I had a Zurich- Milan, and then Milan-Turin. Bought both tickets via the Trenitalia website.
The SBB train from Zurich departed with a 40′ delay due to technical reasons, and I missed my train to Turin. I had to buy a new ticket since the one I had was non-refundable.
Trenitalia says they will only give me a (tiny) refund for the delay of the first train.
Am I entitled at all to be reimbursed for the new ticket I had to buy due to the delay of the SBB train?
