I bought a saver day pass valid on 16th Jul on the web and accidentally paid another saver day pass from Basel SBB to Zermatt on mobile. I thought that the Saver day pass I bought in advance would work when I try to make a reservation for the ticket from Basel SBB to Zermatt.
The ticket-ID are 340309736447(Order no: 491045090) and 874035941976(Order no: 491045781). Could I please refund one of the saver day pass or change the valid date of one saver day pass to the next day(on 17th Jul)? Because I have to buy a saver day ticket on 17th Jul also.
