Hello KYUNGJAE
I kindly ask you not to repost the same question multiple times. We are all volunteers and want to help as many people as possible, but do not like to kept busy in repeating ourselves. See my previous answer here: Saver Day Pass Refund Request
Again, in the following exceptional cases, a Saver Day Pass is refundable (Refund on tickets in Switzerland | SBB help & contact), a refund fee is always due:
- Identical tickets purchased as duplicates.
- The connection booked with the supersaver ticket cannot be provided. For a refund to be made, a new ticket at the standard fare for the same day, identical route and class must be held.
- Ticket for wrong customer group (Day Pass/supersaver ticket/saver class upgrade without Half Fare Travelcard or full fare instead of reduced fare). For a refund to be made, a new ticket must be held for the right customer group.
- Proven inability to travel (illness, accident, death).
Note: Identical ticket means, same ticket type, same day, same person.
The refund request form you can find here; however, there is no guarantee that it will be refunded, unless in the aforementioned cases: Refund of tickets purchased online and via mobile | SBB help & contact
Kind regards,
Roland
