Seat Reservation purchased but not able to choose the seat????

I just bought the seat reservation using SBB Mobile, but the apps did not allow me to choose the seat, and just assigned me with the seat numbers.

What’s the point of buying the reserved seat if cannot choose???

Our tickets from Wengen to Zurich for 22nd June, 09.33 depart from Wengen.

Please advise if we cannot change the seat reservation?

It’s not possible to choose a specific seat online.

According to the conditions which are displayed during the order process, seat reservations may not be exchanged or refunded.

Reserving seats is generally not necessary. If you want seat reservations anyway one option you have is to just get them at the ticket office at the train station.

But the best solution is to realise that there is no need for “seat anxiety” in Switzerland.
