I have activated a day on both of the Flex passes that we bought but the passes are not showing up in the app, just the website.
I activated them 48 hours ago (from activateyourpass.com on my laptop) and I can see the activated passes on SBB.ch, however they are not showing up under “Tickets and Travelcards” on the SBB app (which I am logged in to).
Any suggestions? Thank You. - Robbie
