I accidently purchase the ‘seat resevation’ only ( thought this is the whole ticket.)

Could you please kinldy make a refund of this?

I understand it represents no refunds on the ticket but..I realized the mistake before a day, and booked the regular ticket just now.

I am afraid to tell you that seat reservations cannot be refunded or exchanged. Special conditions apply to trains subject to a surcharge, such as Panoramic trains, namely Glacier Express or Golden Pass Express, etc.
