add my ticket to my account

I bought a supersaver ticket as a guest, I mean, before I created a swisspass account.

Now I have a swisspass account and want to manage that ticket,

but I can’t find a way to add that ticket.

I tried to find a way like putting order number to add the ticket both online and through mobile app, but I couldn’t.

Please help me. My ID is ADMIN: “E-mail address hidden by moderation => Data protection” and order number is –

Or, should I refund that ticket and buy one again?

Unfortunately, when you make a purchase without a login, it cannot be added to your account later.

okandeken that means there is no huge demand for this. As a software developer, I prefer to add a feature only if it impacts a lot of users.
Also, you have to think about the difficulties when you buy a ticket as a guest. What about if you add it in your app and give it to someone ? if someone adds your ticket. How do you prove it is yours or his? You have to do some cross-checking and validation. Is it worth it?
A majority of the users are not complaining (and me too. I have my ticket on me. I don’t need to put in the application). For me, on a product perspective, it is an nice to have and not a priority one.
