how to search an order by order number

Hello,

I need to retrieve the receipt of an order, but I created my account after I bought the tickets. So now the search field require the date of the travel and it doesn’t bring any travel / order at all (I guess it’s because I didn’t have an account when I ordered). Is there a way to find my order by its number?

You don’t see tickets in your user account, if you order as guest.

After buying a ticket online, you can download it by clicking on the download link displayed in the confirmation e-mail. You can then print it out using your PDF reader’s print function (please do not use your browser’s print function).

If this is the case, please call our colleagues at the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min): they can search with your name or with the wrongly spelled email address and send the ticket to the right one.

I have the same problem and I contacted the number reported in the answer from a client but then I remain on line with no signal after I select the option.

What do you need exactly? We might be able to help without calling SBB.

When you had purchased the tickets as a guest, there is no way to access your tickets online other than following the link metioned in the payment confirmation e-mail.

I’ve purchased a ticket for a friend of mine and I entered the wrong email address. However, I have the order number but through that I cannot access the ticket because the request is to enter an email which is not recognized. My friend will be travelling tomorrow morning.

Since nobody was able to answer on any of the numbers reported here, I found a free of charge
telephone number 0800114477; here I received immediate assistance from customer service and the ticket was sent to the amended email address.
