Half Fare Card - Being charged for children

We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids, we are foregin visitors and have purchased 2 swiss half fare cards for a month

i am trying to book a train from paris to interlaken. despite having the half care card i am being charged half price for my children on this website from bern to interlaken.

why is that?

Thank you for your request.

You have to add with the children the reduction “familycard”. Then the journey from Bern to Interlaken will not be charged.
