I purchased two train tickets from Paris-lyon to Basel,SBB, departing at 12:23 on August 16, 2019. I also received a text message from a credit card company that the payment was completed. But I can’t find the ticket I bought on SBB site. I mean, I loggin to sbb.ch/meta/login.html site found my accounts and my orders. For sure, there is nothing. Also, there was no ticket by email. I already checked the spam folder. According to the credit card site, the money was paid. Actually, I’ve already tried for SECOND TIMES.What happen in your website??????????????
And I already send e-mail at ticketshop@sbb.ch. and Sbb,ch.team. Overall, you didnt answer me after 24hours. Now I submit the first six digits and the last four digits on my credit card.
