Can't access my Swiss Travel Pass Flex on my SBB app

I logged on to SBB.ch and purchased 2 Swiss Travel Pass Flex. I’m trying to find the Flex passes in the SBB app but can’t find them. I’m logging on to the SBB app with the Username and Password with which I logged on to SBB.ch to purchase the passes. Why can’t I find them in the app? Thank You!

You will not see the Swiss Travel Pass Flex in the app until you have activated one of its travel days. Only then will you see the ticket.

To activate a travel date, please go to: activateyourpass.com. You can do this in advance already; the ticket for an activated travel day can be deactivated as often as required. Deactivation must be made before the start of the validity period at 23:59:59 (Swiss local time).
