Loss of Physical Swiss Travel Pass - Duplicate Issue

I recently purchased 4 days Swiss Travel Pass for my family, but the website raileurope.co.in sent me the physical Swiss Travel Pass & Swiss Family Card. I was made to understand that the electronic print@home passes shall be issued.

Now if I lose/misplace the **bleep** physical pass/card, can I get a duplicate at a Swiss Station or can I use a scanned copy of the pass.

In the event of loss or theft, Swiss Travel System offers will not be replaced.
