I booked 2 supersaver tickets on the same day, so I just wonder if I could get a refund on one. The one departs at 11:00, and other one departs at 8:00. I want to get a refund on 11:00 ticket, but they cancel 8:00 ticket. It happens even if I mentioned ticket ID that I want to get a refund on the email. If they refuse the refund, I would understand but what happens now is not what I expected. I don’t know what should I do in this situation. Should I book 8:00 ticket again?
