Asking this on behalf of my parents, they don’t speak English very well and now are traveling in Switzerland. They recently prchased a ticket but it appears to be 1/2 while they dont have the half fare card. Could they get a refund, and if so, what should be the next step to get a refund before it expires on Feb 6? please help up!!!

You can buy two additional tickets for the ½ price for each of them or send an email to ticketshop@sbb.ch. Tickets will only be refunded with a fee. You can also call us by phone on 0041 (0) 848 44 66 88.
