Is there a possibility of getting a live update on a trip for which you’ve purchased a ticket?
The trips and tickets view of the app gives an overview of a trip but no live update based on the actual status of a train. As I write this, I’m sitting in the train from Zurich HB already 3 minutes late, and I know I will miss my suggested bus connection in Baden. Instead of being notified of the delay, the overview assumes that the train is on schedule.
Based on my original trip, the app coujd suggest eitger alternative connections or the next phssible connection from Baden. This would be especially beneficial during morning commutes when travellers need to be on time for work…
