Spots, dots, shadows or marks on the photo

To create your SwissPass, we need a new photo.
To upload a new photo, log in at swisspass.ch (your customer number XXX -XXX-XXX -XX). Please select “Card” in the menu. As soon as you click on “Upload photo now”, a map of Switzerland will appear and the display will show “Drop your photo here” or “Select”.
If the upload function is not available, we will be happy to send you a link via SMS.
