Bought the GA card and no confirmation email but my credit card was charged.

I bought the GA card today to try to use it this week to go to work. No email was sent to my account but the caredit card was charged. I have tried to pay 3 times and I think all credit card were charged. Just go confirmation of one.

I recommend contacting directly our support service in order to check the order status: ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please tell them the e-mail adress you’ve used as well as the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the credit card used.
