On 24th October 2018 i have booked the ticket to Milano centrale from Interaken Ost, with Hyundai credit card(master), card no: 5433 XXXX XXXX 9628, expiry date XX/XX, First Name/Sur Name: SXXXX CXXXX/PXXX.
I selected the seat second class seats without log-in But after paying the price, it’s showing that the seats are not available. And also i haven t received any mail about it. And the payment is done, So i want to get refund for the same. It was non refundable and no exchange tickets but still i couldn t get the seats so i hope i can get refund.
