When are you going to fix the problems (latency??) with your 3-D Secure application? From web posts it’s been going on for years. Today we made 7 attempts to buy rail tickets using our Visa. When I called our Visa provider they said only 1 of the 7 attempts generated a query with Visa which was approved by Visa. Yet, we till don’t have our tickets Our daughter is in Switzerland and has been rejected several times trying to use her Visa. Please help your customers.
