The rail ticket isn't posted on my mail

I purchased the ticket by guest(I didn’t know I can register with Facebook at the time).

The ticket is supersaver, 1st class, departure from Zurich HB at 11:02 and arrive in Interlaken Ost, at maybe 12:57

I booked the ticket by my name, YEONGYEONG LEE and I wrote the e-mail address to get a confirm message to dusrud1129@nate.com but it isn’t delivered.

I got a text message that confirms I purchased fully(37CHF), but I haven’t get the mail yet and I don’t know how to check my ticket because I purchased it as a guest..

If you find the reservation please answer or send a mail to dusrud1129@nate.com as fast as you can

If you have placed an order without logging-in, I recommend you to contact us by e-mail at ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please also submit us the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card.
