1-day travel pass refund percentage or cancellation fee

Hi,

I purchased a 1-day travel pass for 13.10.2018 with a half fare travel card. The dates for my trip have changed and i would like to apply for refund. Since everything is in German, i am not able to understand the conditions. I know a refund is possible but could you tell me the percentage or cancellation charged to modify or change the dates. I hope you can answer my query.
