We purchased 2 Swiss Travel Pass E-Tickets (15 days) online from KLOOK and were informed to provide the “Country of Residence” as part of registration. My friend and I are living in Hong Kong and the same was entered in the online form.
Unfortunately, we got the surprise that the Country “Hong Kong” is mentioned on the travel pass but my friend is not holding the Hong Kong passport. All the information on the E-ticket (except the Country) are correct including passenger name and passport ID. Could you please advise if this will cause any problem when we present this during the travel in Switzerland?
