Thanks for you thoughts. I’ll give that a try, I assumed that the desk people would just tell me me go online to resolve it, but SBB don’t seem to have an online solution!
Reading the bill they originally sent me, it has a QR code for scanning, which I must have scanned and paid manually, and that was the day before it said it would automatically renew it anyway. At least that is what it looks like from the bank statement, two payments on consecutive days with different booking text.
