Hi, I just bought return tickets from Basel SBB to Milano Centrale - the money has apparently left my account but I have not received anything by email. My email was entered correctly. I did not login as the website encountered an error whenever I tried.
Tickets were outbound Fri 28th July dep 12.28, inbound Tuesday 1st Aug dep 18:20, direct. With the halbtax. 140 CHF total.
Is there anything I can do? Firstly to get the funds back and secondly to book the tickets. (I am unwilling to use trenitalia as it does not allow me to input the halbtax).
