Hi. Is it possible to check out the ticket booking history on the SBB APP? ( 1 year ago 2 years ago..) thx.

On the app it’s not possible, but you can check out you booking history on www.sbb.ch after you logged in under the folder “Orders”.

i checked by booking history on the dab.ch webpage under my ticket shop account and it only showed the history of tickets bought with ticket shops. I am looking for the history of tickets bought with the App and it does not show under Trips and tickets. There it shows my past research and one ticket I bought 3 days ago, but no ticket I bought 3 weeks ago.

Online Tickets are available for downloading until 1 year after the date of travel. To do so, please log in on www.sbb.ch/en. You can select the date of the desired period. And the tickets will be displayed.

Thank you for your request.

Tickets purchased on sbb.ch or through the SBB Mobile App can be printed through the link provided in the confirmation e-mail for 1 year after the travel date. The print out may be used for your tax returns or expense report.

Alternatively log in under www.sbb.ch/en (see attachment).
